Pastry Chef/Owner - Annmarie "Rie" Queale
Greensburg local, Annmarie Queale, has returned to her home town to persue her dream of owning her own bakery! At the age of 15, she started her first job in a bakery and fell in love. After graduating from Greensburg Central Catholic, she attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where she graduated with her degree in Baking and Pastry Arts. Her career has lead her from the massive Marriott Grand Hotel and Resort in Alabama to Pittsburgh's Bartram House Bakery and Vanilla Pastry Studio. In 2015, she decided it was time to bring some sweetness back to the Greensburg/ Jeannette area and put the "rie" in bakery!
